If you don't mind rain 9+ months out of the year then you can, for me this is my only mode of transportation so I have to ride it all year round, right now we're going through a mini heat wave, pretty much 30degrees C (90+degrees f) for the last week, so it's been glorious. If you can put up with the 100% humidity that is.
